MARCH 2020:: this is shaping up to be the Year of the Book here in the Belfry Studio. March sees the release of the second book in the French series Speed Bump: Non-sens Unique (you can buy the first one here) from Editions Caurette. In April Macmillan will publish a collection of all my cat cartoons titled Cats Are People, Too, which you may purchase here. The full color book also includes incredible contributions from my cat-loving pals Nick Galifianakis, Rick Kirkman, Hilary Price, Genevieve Godbout, Laurie Keller and Jay Fosgitt. The end of May will wrap up the book trifecta with IDW Limited’s publication of Speed Bump: A 25th Anniversary Collection, which will be a full color hardcover containing 200 cartoons agonizingly hand-picked by me. I’ve also included some commentary on many of the panels, and there’s a very moving but funny Foreword by Nick Galifianakis (that guy again?).
